THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL’s Heather Tom Directs DYNASTY
Congratulations to THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL star Heather Tom (Katie), who continues to spread her wings behind the camera, now directing an episode of the CW primetime soap DYNASTY that airs on Feb. 21! “I had an amazing time directing DYNASTY for the CW,” she shared on Instagram with a photo of her nameplate and script cover. “Thank you to all the cast and crew — you rock! And thank you to the CBS diversity program — this never would have happened without you! More pics to come after the episode airs!”
Tom may be best known to soap fans for her starring roles on multiple soaps — B&B‘s Katie, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Victoria, and ONE LIFE TO LIVE’s Kelly — but she has begun making a name for herself as a director, helming her own short film, Serenity, as well as multiple episodes of B&B and an episode of Y&R.
DYNASTY is currently in the middle of its third season, with Alexis’ unexpected return to Denver turning Blake’s murder trial upside down and Fallon struggling to get her life back together. But judging from Tom’s backstage pic, it looks like Fallon and Liam are going to have some musical flashback fantasies!
