Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Opens up About Filming While Pregnant on B&B

It’s pretty typical for expectant actresses to film their scenes behind large props — big purses, laundry baskets or potted plants, for instance — which is exactly what Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) did during her pregnancy earlier this year on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL. “Steffy folded a lot of clothes,” she laughed to Soaps In Depth. “Having to memorize all my lines and also be aware of my stomach and making sure I was blocking it was a fun little challenge for me.” On the other hand, the actress managed to walk the runway in lingerie when she was five-months pregnant for Steffy’s fashion show, and while clever edits and camera angles may have kept her secret f rom viewers, there was no hiding her baby bump from the people on set. “That ended up being how I announced it,” she said. “I was in lingerie, so I kind of had to! It’s a fun little moment that I’ll remember forever.”
