THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Melissa Ordway Welcomes Her Beautiful Baby Girl!
Congratulations to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Melissa Ordway (Abby) on the birth of her baby girl, Sophie Jolie Gaston! “Christmas came early in the Gaston house!” the actress shared on Instagram. “She surprised us on Saturday, Dec. 9, at 10:38 a.m., weighing in at a tiny 5 lbs, 5 oz. We are all doing great! We are so in love!”
When Ordway first announced her pregnancy back in July, she and husband Justin Gaston (ex-Ben, DAYS OF OUR LIVES) declared that Baby Gaston #2 wasn’t due until January of 2018. In a recent Instagram post she declared: “We are so excited to meet baby girl!” And it looks like little Sophie couldn’t wait to meet her new family, either!
That family also includes big sister Olivia, who was born on April 30, 2016. Ordway and Gaston finalized the adoption of their first daughter on Feb. 27, 2017. Ordway has already decided Olivia “is going to be the best big sister ever!”
