Despite their continued attraction, Nick and Phyllis decided to forget their one-night stand. Phyllis reconciled with Billy after promising not to squelch his wild side. But the reconciliation only upset Summer, who wanted Billy for herself! Suspecting her mom’s fling had been with Jack, Summer encouraged him to pursue her mom. Alas, Jack was hurt when his ex shot him down! Meanwhile, Nick and Sharon resumed their wedding plans, although the bride-to-be worried she’d be marrying Victor 2.0. Across town, Summer bet Kyle that she could seduce Billy. If she won, Kyle had to cough up his car; if she lost, she’d spend the night with him! Determined to win, Summer dug into the identity of Phyllis’ lover… and was shocked to discover it was her dad! Phyllis confront- ed her daughter after the disastrous “date” with Jack… and was stunned when Summer countered that she knew about her and Nick! Furious, Phyllis slapped Summer, then enlisted Nick’s help to control their daughter! His solution? Bribing Summer to keep quiet!
Lily Pled Guilty!
Devastated by Hilary’s death, Devon blamed Lily, who had caused the accident. When he demanded she turn herself in to the authorities, Cane begged him to back down… then punched him! A guilt-ridden Lily, however, agreed to offer a guilty plea, although she was stunned that the sentence could be 20 years! Cane made plans for his family to flee the country, but Lily balked, opting to face the judge. At Hamilton-Winters, Neil blocked Devon’s attempt to fire Lily. Meanwhile, Charlie and Shauna’s relationship crumbled under the pressure. Later, Lily made a last-ditch attempt to make peace with her brother, but Devon refused!

In Other News…
Victoria, Nikki, Sharon and Phyllis worried when Paul revealed that he was investigating the supposed reappearance of J.T., unaware that it had been Nick wearing a mask. Phyllis suggested framing Victor, which prompted Sharon to tell Nikki and Victoria that Phyllis had also wanted to throw them under the bus! Furious, Nikki warned Phyllis not to cross her, but then announced that she’d give herself up before Victoria took the fall! Worried about her mom’s MS flaring up under the stress, Victoria encouraged Nikki to utilize Nate as her doctor… but then worried that Nikki might tell him their secret! Later, Nikki tried to alleviate some of her stress by encouraging Victor to mend fences with Nick. Alas, Nick refused his father’s olive branch! On the business front, Billy ticked off pretty much everybody by revealing his plan to open a chain of Jabot stores to compete with Fenmore’s! Fed-up, Lauren considered ending her company’s partnership with Jabot. Meanwhile, Mariah was thrilled when Tessa called, but her happiness turned to worry when the line went dead!
