Y&R's Tracey E. Bregman Reveals What She and Lauren Have in Common

Although THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Lauren isn’t quite the witch that she once was when she tormented Traci all those years ago, portrayer Tracey E. Bregman likes that her alter ego has maintained much of her feistiness. “There is a great quote from Al Capone that sums up Lauren, which says, ‘Don’t mistake my kindness for weakness. I’m kind to everyone. But when someone is unkind to me, weak is not what you’re going to remember about me!’” she shared with a laugh. “Lauren is not a pushover! I go back to the Phyllis doppelganger story, where Lauren was the one who identified the real [Phyllis] and shot the other one. She took a huge gamble and she was right. That takes cajones!”

While Bregman isn’t exactly a pushover in real life, she definitely thinks that Lauren is “more ballsy than me. However, where we are the most alike is the love we have for our family… and our fashion sense!”
