THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Actress Vail Bloom Welcomes a Baby Girl — See the First Pic!
Congratulations to THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS actress Vail Bloom, who gave birth to a baby girl! “Welcome to the world Charlie Olivia Grace,” she shared on Instagram. “You are my everything.” The precious little bundle of joy weighed in at seven pounds, 12 ounces and is just gorgeous!
Y&R fans will remember Bloom as Heather Stevens on the soap, a role she played from 2007-10, and which earned her a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Younger Actress in 2008. Heather is the daughter of Paul Williams and April Stevens, and after being born on-screen in 1979, was reintroduced to the show in 2007 with Bloom portraying the now-adult attorney.

Bloom actually didn’t publicly reveal her pregnancy until May of this year when she made a very special Mother’s Day announcement. “I’ve been waiting to share some very important news, for a very long time, and today seems like the perfect day to tell you all… I am embarking on what I know will become the best and most rewarding journey of my life.”
