With Avery still in Georgia, Sharon brought groceries over to Nick’s place, and promised to take good care of him while his fiancée was out of town. They reminisced over their history together, with Sharon admitting that he’d helped her through her dark times over the years. Later, Sharon was irritated when Avery called, especially when she overheard Nick tell her how much he missed her. Deliberately, the blonde stunner tripped down the stairs, prompting Nick to whisk her off her feet! Jack returned to the Abbott mansion, distraught that Phyllis wasn’t with him. John materialized to comfort his son, urging him to find a way to get through the pain. Alas, Jack considered popping a pill to ease his agony! At On The Boulevard, Traci and Abby invited Summer for lunch — and a little encouragement on how she shouldn’t feel pressured to choose sides between the Newmans and the Abbotts. Jack called Summer, and invited her over. When she arrived, he bonded with her about missing Phyllis! Across town, Lily battled the green-eyed monster when she observed how close Cane and Hilary were while working together. After Hilary left, Lily nitpicked Cane’s assistant, prompting Cane to accuse her of being jealous. Lily blamed her bad mood on the online blogger. Cane insisted that he loved her, and wouldn’t let anyone come between them! At Crimson Lights, Devon tried to hire Tyler back at Jabot, but they again sniped at each other over Tyler’s interest in Lily. Tyler did agree to come back if Devon apologized to him — which put Devon’s back up and he said that he had nothing to apologize for! After Tyler left, Hilary approached Devon and asked about his music career. Surprised, Devon admitted that it had been a while since he’d been involved in the music business. Later, Lily ran into Devon at the coffee shop, and the two voiced suspicions over Hilary, believing she was just a tad too good to be true! At the police station, Neil told Alex that he was responsible for Rose’s death. After questioning the exec, Alex dismissed Neil’s culpability in the woman’s death, and then helped them set a trap for the mystery blogger by sending a message! At the same time, Hilary’s cell phone beeped, letting her know she had a message!
Do you think Hilary is Neil’s online tormentor? And could Jack slip back to his pill-popping ways without Phyllis? Share your thoughts in the comments!
