Wood Books Superhero Pilot!
THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) has booked a part in the CW pilot ARROW. While she was in Vancouver this week filming the show, she reassured her soap fans that she wasn’t leaving them behind. “For everyone who has been asking if I am leaving B&B, don’t worry I am not,” Wood announced on Twitter.
Based on the DC Comics character Green Arrow, the superhero drama will star THE VAMPIRE DIARIES’ Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, the former billionaire-turned-vigilante, and Katie Cassidy as his love interest, Dinah. Wood will reportedly play Dinah’s sister, Sarah, who will only be seen in flashbacks in the pilot. GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Annie Ilonzeh (ex-Maya) will also star in the show.
