Y&R To Air Classic Holiday Episode On Thanksgiving

Don’t worry about your Thanksgiving Day turkey and Black Friday shopping taking you away from watching THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS this year! The soap is planning to air encores of two of their memorable stand-alone episodes on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28.

On Thanksgiving Day, “Billy’s New Year’s Eve” from December 31, 2009, will air at 12:30 p.m. ET, 11:30 a.m. CT, and 10 a.m. MT. The soap will be pre-empted on the West Coast due to CBS Sports coverage of NFL: Miami Dolphins vs. Dallas Cowboys.

On Black Friday, “Victor’s Christmas Carol” from December 23, 2010, will air at 12:30 p.m. ET, and 11:30 a.m. CT, and 10 a.m. MT. Due to CBS Sports coverage of NCAA Football: Home Depot SEC, Y&R will not air until 3 p.m. PT on the West Coast.

New episodes of Y&R will return to the schedule on Monday, November 28.
