Y&R and B&B Preempted for March Madness

Bad news, CBS soap fans! You’re going to have to brace yourself for a longer wait than usual after some Wednesday cliffhangers this week! THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS and THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL are preempted for March Madness on Thursday, March 16, and Friday, March 17.

Fans are always annoyed when their favorite soaps are preempted, but at least this is a scheduled interruption for the annual college basketball tournament and not an unexpected one for breaking news! And because this is a national preemption, they will affect everyone, so there’s no worrying that the soap aired in other time zones and you’ll need to watch online to stay caught up.

Neither Y&R nor B&B will be on Thursday or Friday, so there’s no reason to look on CBS.com or Paramount+ for the episodes because they won’t be there, either. Following the shows on Wednesday, March 15, the drama will simply pick right back up on Monday, March 20, right where it left off!

And with Phyllis working with Jeremy to take down Phyllis, Victoria threatening to steal Nate away from Victoria, and Sally caught between Adam and Nick on Y&R plus Hope going against Liam’s wishes and working with Thomas again while Sheila tempts fate by cheating on Bill with Deacon on B&B, there’s going to be plenty of drama you won’t want to miss!
