All the Details on Jen Lilley’s “Hysterical” New Hallmark Movie — Watch the Clip!

New Year, new movies! That is the tag line for Hallmark Channel’s January collection of original new feel-good films dubbed Winterfest, like the one daytime alum Jen Lilley (ex-Theresa, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; ex-Maxie, GENERAL HOSPITAL) stars in next weekend! Snowkissed premieres on Saturday, Jan. 30, at 9 p.m. EST, and Lilley promises that it is full of fun! “This movie is extra special because it’s packed with comedy, romance, and stunning destinations!” she wrote on Instagram of the romcom, also starring Chris McNally from the cable network’s soapy WHEN CALLS THE HEART.

Filmed in December in Banff, Canada, Snowkissed stars Lilley as Katie, a journalist who likes to stay in her cozy corner of Manhattan. But while Katie is chasing her dream writing assignment in a far-off snowy location in Canada, she unwillingly finds herself exploring the great outdoors and mentoring Noah, a handsome B&B owner with his own dreams of being a tour guide. Will these two strangers fall in love in a winter wonderland? (Spoiler alert: It’s a Hallmark movie, so… yes!)

While Lilley and McNally are both staples of the Hallmark offerings, this is actually the first time that they have starred together in one of the network’s productions. “I cannot wait for you guys to see this movie,” the DAYS alum shared in an Instagram story. “It is hysterical. It is so funny, that I don’t even know if I did my ADR well enough because I was laughing. There were times where I was like, ‘Hang on, I have to not watch in order to match this line.’ Because it is so funny.”

Check out the trailer below for Snowkissed, then be sure to tune in on Saturday, Jan. 30 on the Hallmark Channel!
