Fans can look forward to seeing some familiar faces in the upcoming second series of BEYOND SALEM! The DAYS OF OUR LIVES streaming spinoff has announced a bunch of new casting for the upcoming episodes that begin streaming on Peacock on Monday, July 11.
Eileen Davidson will be back as Kristen DiMera, and her real-life husband, Vince Van Patten, will be playing a character named Phil Hellworth. Christopher Sean will be reprising his role as John’s son, Paul Narita. And primetime Emmy Winning actress Loretta Devine (GREY’S ANATOMY, BOSTON PUBLIC) will be playing a character named Angela.
Some familiar characters will also be returning to the screen, although with new faces. Steve and Kayla’s daughter, Stephanie Johnson, will be back, with Abigail Klein taking over the role from Shelly Hennig. And her brother, Joey Johnson, will now be played by Tanner Stine. Colton Little is playing Shane and Kimberly’s son, Andrew Donovan, and Victoria Grace will be playing Wendy Shin.
In the second series of BEYOND SALEM, characters from DAYS once again travel the world on adventures full of drama and intrigue. Steve and Kayla pay a surprise visit to their kids in Seattle, John visits his son in San Francisco, Ben and Ciara drop anchor in Montreal where they see Hope, and much, much more.
BEYOND SALEM series two premieres on Monday, July 11, with the five episodes airing one a day all week on Peacock. So make sure you tune in to see what other surprises may be in store!
