DAYS OF OUR LIVES Preview: The Horton House Burns Down!

Salem is heating up this week on DAYS OF OUR LIVES… literally! Valentine’s Day inspires romance as John and Chanel make it official, Nicole brings Holly home, Theresa jumps the gun, and Xander and Sarah give in to passion. Plus, Ava races to save Harris’ life, Kate and Lucas are under fire, and the Horton house burns to the ground!

Valentine’s Day brings romance to various couples around Salem as they celebrate, particularly Chanel and Johnny! “Johnny and I are getting married… today!” She gleefully declares. Nicole is back in Salem, and so is her daughter, though she remains in a coma. “Holly’s home now,” she declares, “and my valentine made it all happen.” 

Out to dinner on Valentine’s Day, Theresa blurts out: “My answer is yes. Yes!” But did Alex actually propose yet or is she just leaping to conclusions after finding the diamond ring that fell out of his jacket before? And after building up the sexual tension so much it was almost unbearable, Sarah and Xander finally give in to their feelings with a steamy shower together!

Harris was lured to the loading dock under the pretense of meeting Ava, but was instead met by a gunman who shot him in the chest and left him to die! “Harris has been shot!” Ava says into her phone as she calls for help and begs him to stay with her until help arrives. After the paramedics arrive, Tripp also works to save Harris’ life but announces: “I don’t have a pulse!”

Above the Brady Pub, a masked gunman opens fire! Kate emerges from her room with a gun drawn, calling out into the hall, “Lucas! Are you alright?!” Has Clyde taken his revenge?

Chad and Julie were horrified to come downstairs to find the Horton home ablaze! After getting everyone out safely, Julie sits next to Doug wrapped in blankets and cries: “I’m watching half my life go up in flames.”
