Days of Our Lives Preview: Who Killed Li Shin?

A murder mystery is about to be blown wide open this week on Days of Our Lives! Kristen’s investigation turns up some clues which, added with other new evidence, could exonerate Gabi as Ava realizes who really killed Li! Plus, Tate and Holly struggle to keep things quiet, and Xander has a unique proposal for Sarah!

“I have all these feelings for you,” Tate confesses to Holly. “Feelings I’ve never had for anybody else.” But as he takes her face in his hands and plants a tender kiss on her lips, is the middle of the hallway at Salem High really the best place for public displays of affection? Especially for a couple who aren’t even supposed to be dating?

Sarah is taken by surprise when Xander enters the room holding Mackenzie in his arms and the little girl is wearing a bib that says: “Will you marry daddy?” As Sarah gasps and puts her hand over her mouth, Xander asks officially: “Will you marry me?” What will her answer be?

As part of her scheme to get control of DiMera, Kristen has been working to help Stefan clear Gabi’s name and she has finally come up with something solid. “They found Li’s blood,” she informs him. Meanwhile, at the newspaper, Nicole shares a discovery with Chad as Eric looks on. “I came across this notebook,” she reveals as she hands it over. Paging through it, Chad marvels: “That’s Abigail’s handwriting.”

With the disparate puzzle pieces starting to fit together, Rafe thinks they’ve finally got a real lead. “I think the killings are connected,” he informs Ava. Stefan is thrilled to finally have the chance to get his wife out of prison. “Gabi is innocent,” he insists. But what will EJ do with the evidence his brother hands over? “My sister didn’t kill Li Shin,” Rafe announces. But Ava realizes: “I know who did.”
