DAYS OF OUR LIVES Spoilers: Who Stabbed Li?

“Happy Anniversary, my love,” Marlena says to John. And when the couple take to the bed, John has a little surprise for his blushing bride. “Strawberry cream body butter,” he grins as he taps a dollop of it on Marlena’s nose before pulling her in for a passionate kiss.

But happiness is going to be in short supply for the rest of Salem as Tripp and Wendy come home to find Stefan and Gabi standing over Li’s body! Later, at the police station, Gabi is the prime suspect, and Stefan scrambles to protect her. “My wife didn’t do this,” he insists. Jada starts to respond, “If that’s true…” when Stefan cuts her off, shouting, “There is no if!”

Meanwhile, Chad finds himself at the end of his rope when Everett continues to push his way back into Stephanie’s life. “He thinks he’s still your boyfriend!” Chad complains.

As Gabi finds herself accused of murder, she begs her brother to prove her innocence. “Help me, Rafe!” she begs tearfully. And with Li clinging to life in the hospital, Wendy pushes her barely conscious brother to wake up long enough to reveal the truth. “Tell me who did this to you…”
