DAYS Star Carson Boatman and His Wife Are Expecting Their First Baby!

There is a baby on the way for DAYS OF OUR LIVES star Carson Boatman (Johnny) and his wife, Julana Dizon! The parents-to-be revealed the exciting news of her pregnancy in a joint Instagram post. “Boatman, party of three!” the couple captioned a carousel of three photos. “Coming December 2023.”

Although the Boatmans didn’t reveal whether their first child would be a boy or a girl, it may be telling that they were both wearing blue in the three photos that accompanied their pregnancy announcement! In the first photo, Dizon, a model, holds a series of sonogram images in her hand while the DAYS star leans in to kiss her. The couple is seated in the second picture, with Dizon placing a child-sized ballcap that says “Boat Baby” on her husband’s head. In the third snapshot, Dizon again is showing her sonogram images while the two smile brightly at the camera.

Several of Boatman’s DAYS colleagues jumped in to wish them well as they prepare to become parents. “Y’all are gonna be such amazing parents!” exclaimed Lucas Adams (ex-Tripp), while Greg Rikaart (Leo) wrote that it was “the greatest news!” Headwriter Ron Carlivati also shared his congratulations, as did Eric Martsolf (Brady), Dan Feuerriegel (EJ), and Paul Telfer (Xander).

The Boatmans recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary. The couple first met in 2016 when their mutual trainer at a Los Angeles gym played matchmaker. Boatman proposed to Dizon in July 2020, popping the question by playing an original song he’d written for his lady love. The Boatmans’ wedding took place on July 23, 2021, in Des Moines, Iowa, near where the actor grew up, and the actor made his debut as Johnny DiMera less than a month later, on August 18.
