DAYS OF OUR LIVES Alum James Lastovic Found After Going Missing

UPDATE: Thankfully, TMZ is reporting that both Lastovic and Dizdari have been found. Dizdari’s sister posted: “My sister and James are okay. They got lost on their hike but made it back to their car and are on their way back to the resort now. Thank you everyone for reposting and helping us reach Nevin.”

Former DAYS OF OUR LIVES star James Lastovic (ex-Joey) and Nevin Dizdari have been reported as missing by his mother, Lucienne Lastovic. She shared a post on Instagram asking anyone with any information regarding her son’s whereabouts for help.

“Please pass this along to anyone you know in Kauai, Hawaii,” she wrote. “My son, James, and his roommate, Nevin, are missing! These two young adults stayed over at the Hanalei Bay Resort this past Friday, Oct. 7, Saturday, Oct. 8, and yesterday, Sunday, Oct. 9. They were due to fly back today but never made their flight nor returned their rental car. This is not like them! They are both conscientious kids.

“The last time they were heard from was Sunday, Oct. 9, at 1:30 p.m. Hawaii time when they texted their hostess, Carrie Flanders, at the Hanalei Bay Resort,” she reported. “The last time they were seen was by Carrie Flanders was [Oct. 9] at 8 a.m.”

Lastovic’s mother is concerned that something may have happened to the pair while on an excursion on the island. “They asked for information about Kokee State Park so they could take the long trail hike,” she revealed. “They also asked for directions to Shipwrecks Beach to the cliff diving area. They never returned back to the resort last night. They left all their belongings at the resort which are now in the police’s possession.”
