The truth will always come out and the reveal of the baby switch in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers promises explosive confrontations and emotional breakdowns! Brace yourself for what’s coming next!

After spotting the birthmark on Mickey’s neck, Nicole began to suspect the infant was really Brady and Kristen’s presumed-dead daughter, Rachel. And after confirming from Dr. Raynor that Sarah and Kristen’s babies were switched shortly after birth, Nicole struggled with what to do with the knowledge. But ultimately, she has to do the right thing and tearfully confesses the truth to Eric. “Mickey is not your little girl,” she reveals. “She belongs to Brady and Kristen.”

Then Eric brings the heartbreaking news to Sarah. “The babies were switched on purpose,” he reports. Sarah’s whole world comes crashing down around her as she processes exactly what this means. As Xander warns Victor that he fears the parents now know that they were the ones who arranged for the baby swap, Eric seethes with rage. “Xander knew the truth,” he hisses. “I’m gonna kill him.”
