Get ready to see a different side to Andrea Bogart in the new movie Cheer Camp Killer, premiering Saturday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. ET on Lifetime! The actress was beloved by GENERAL HOSPITAL fans for her portrayal of the ill-fated Abby Haver, but that sweet character was a far cry from the evil and vindictive coach she plays in this new flick! “This took me right back to all my years of cheer and dance,” Bogart declared on Instagram. “I play Coach Beth. She’s definitely the kind of coach I’m grateful I never had! Get ready for an evil Mama who’s up to trouble!”
In Cheer Camp Killer, the camp’s reigning queen bee, Victoria, does not take kindly to talented newcomer Sophia stealing her spotlight. And at the urging of her mother/coach (played by Bogart), Victoria launches a deadly plan to get her rival out of the way… permanently! In addition to Bogart, the cast includes Mariah Robinson as Sophia and Sydney Malakeh as Victoria.
“Thank you to Lifetime for continuing to let me tell stories for you!” Bogart enthused. “I’m beyond grateful to continue to work at all this year during a pandemic and how professional and safe this cast and crew was. Cheers to Randy Carter, our director, and Anna White, our writer! What a fun one to be a part of!”
So make sure to tune in to Cheer Camp Killer on Saturday night and watch Bogart play a nasty villain who will hopefully get exactly what’s coming to her!
