Ever since Morgan was killed off on GENERAL HOSPITAL, fans have been desperately begging the soap to bring him back. And now actor Bryan Craig has announced he’s ready to return… but he’s also offering himself up to other soaps, too! “I’m ready to work and up for grabs,” he tweeted, “so who’s it gonna be?” He naturally tagged GH, but also added tags for THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, and DAYS OF OUR LIVES!
Craig joined the cast of GH as the recast Morgan Corinthos back in May 2013. Before he left in December 2016, the talented young performer racked up four Daytime Emmy Award nominations, taking home the trophy for Outstanding Younger Actor in 2016 and 2017. He also showed his willingness to return to Port Charles as he made a special appearance in the 2018 episode where Ava was haunted by the ghosts of her past.
After leaving GH, Craig starred as Adam Coogan in the CW military primetime series VALOR and as Javi Mendoza in ABC’s splashy primetime sudser GRAND HOTEL. He also landed roles in indie films The Ride and American Fighter.
If Craig was to return to GH, he’d obviously be playing a not-as-dead-as-everyone-thought Morgan, but if the actor was snatched up by one of the other soaps? Who knows who he could play! While GH fans would obviously love having him back in Port Charles, it could also be a lot of fun watching Craig deliver some knockout performances in Los Angeles, Genoa City, or Salem!
