GH Alum Lindsey Morgan Marries Shaun Sipos!
Please join us in congratulating GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Lindsey Morgan (ex-Kristina) on her marriage to Shaun Sipos! The couple tied the knot on Sept. 21 during a three-day wedding celebration in Austin, TX.
“Making this kind of commitment and testament to each other in front of our family and friends; to honor, love, and respect through thick and thin means so much to me,” Morgan told People. “My parents divorced when I was young, and so for me, my decision for marriage was very important. I take our vows wholeheartedly. This marriage also lays down the foundation for our future family and being a mother.”
The pair originally planned to hold their nuptials in Canada but had difficulty finding a venue. “We stumbled upon Camp Lucy by pure luck or fate and felt Canada was our past, but that Texas is our now and our future,” Morgan confided. “It’s the home we’ve built for the last three years and we wanted a chance to bring all our friends and family to experience where we live now.”
Morgan took over the role of Kristina Davis on GH in May 2012 and although her run lasted just shy of a year, the actress earned a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Younger Actress. She went on to star as Raven Reyes in the television series THE 100 and as Micki Ramirez in WALKER.
Sipos is also an actor, who starred as David on the 2009 reboot of MELROSE PLACE, Eric in the CW drama LIFE UNEXPECTED, Aaron on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, and Adam Strange on KRYPTON. Most recently, he can be seen as Luke in Amazon’s sci-fi western series OUTER RANGE.
After being introduced by mutual friends, Morgan and Sipos hit it off and announced their engagement in December 2020. We wish the newlyweds a lifetime of happiness together!
