GH’s Josh Swickard and Wife Lauren Welcome a Beautiful Baby Boy!
Please join us in congratulating the Swickard family on their newest addition! GENERAL HOSPITAL star Josh Swickard (Chase) and his wife, Lauren, welcomed little Arthur Swickard to the family back on Feb. 26 and the happy family shared the first photos of their beautiful baby boy on social media!
“Welcome to the family, Arthur!” Swickard exclaimed on Instagram. “Lauren brought this little guy into the world on Feb. 26 (Lo, I’m truly in awe of you). Thank you for all that you sacrificed to grow our family. Arthur, buddy, you are so loved already! We pray for courage and strength over you, and that God will lead you all of your days!”
Josh and Lauren Swickard already have a daughter, Savannah, who will be turning two in April. The couple announced back at the end of October 2022 that they were expecting their second child and then in the middle of December, shared photos from Lauren’s baby shower that also doubled as a gender reveal party where they learned that this time they would be having a little boy!
The comments section naturally filled up with love from friends and fans, including some of Swickard’s GH co-stars past and present. “Congratulations to all of you!” Kathleen Gati (Obrecht) declared. Briana Nicole Henry (ex-Jordan) wrote: “So exciting! Congrats, sweet friends, he’s beautiful.” Cameron Mathison (Drew) loved the name they chose for their son and Finola Hughes (Anna) said, “Congratulations to you all! Beautiful family!” followed by a series of heart emojis.
Swickard’s Port Charles alter ego of Chase hasn’t had much luck in love on GH, but in real life, Swickard is happily married and building a beautiful family. And we can’t wait to see more adorable pictures of Arthur as he continues to grow up!
