Steve Burton Enjoyed the Sweetest Date With Daughter Brooklyn — See the Pics!
Are you ready for some serious cuteness? Soap star Steve Burton enjoyed a very special night out with a very special lady! “I had the honor of going to a dance with one of the greatest girls I’ve ever met,” the actor shared on Instagram as he shared a few pictures of the special Daddy Daughter Dance he attended with his seven-year-old daughter, Brooklyn.
Burton, who also has a son, Jack (16), and another daughter, Makena (18), has starred in multiple daytime dramas over the years as he’s raised his kids. Starting with playing Harris Michaels on DAYS OF OUR LIVES, then Jason Morgan on GENERAL HOSPITAL, and Dylan McAvoy on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS. In fact, the actor will be reprising his very first soap role of Harris for the upcoming second series of the DAYS spinoff BEYOND SALEM airing in July.
It looks like Burton and Brooklyn had a great time at the dance, snapping a cute selfie in front of brightly-colored balloons, and also arranging for someone to take a photo of them on the dance floor with all the other daddies and daughters.
Naturally, the comments on his Instagram post filled up with comments from fans and friends, including some of his former GH co-stars. “Just beautiful!” exclaimed Laura Wright (Carly). Marcus Coloma (Nikolas) simply posted a series of five heart emojis, and Finola Hughes (Anna) wrote: “Such a cutie.”
Burton recently announced he and his wife, Sheree, have separated, but he also added that they are “still co-parenting our three beautiful kids.” And judging from these sweet Daddy Daughter Dance photos, it looks like he’s doing a great job!
