GENERAL HOSPITAL Alum Zac Garred Is Engaged to Allison Boyd!

Please join us in congratulating GENERAL HOSPITAL alum Zac Garred (ex-Levi) on his engagement! Sure, fans loathed the character he played on the soap, but they have to love that he’s found happiness in real life! “Halfway between our two homes, she said yes,” the actor captioned his Instagram post where he shared a series of photos of him popping the question to girlfriend Allison Boyd with the ocean behind them!

Boyd is also an actor, having appeared in films like Oculus ad Dropped as well as TV series like SUBURGATORY, and KICKIN’ IT. “We’re engaged!” she announced on her own Instagram, sharing many of the same photos where Garred got down on one knee and put the engagement ring on her finger and her looking stunned and overjoyed in equal measure. Of course, while he ended his Insta gallery with the shot of her holding up the beautiful diamond-encrusted sapphire ring, she led with that one!

Garred proposed to Boyd in Honolulu, Hawaii, in the trendy neighborhood of Kaka’ako. And it is roughly halfway between his home country of Australia and hers in the United States! The couple began dating back in 2014, and he finally popped the question on Dec. 28, 2021.

GH fans remember Garred for playing Levi Dunkleman, who was later revealed to be the psychotic criminal Peter Harrell, Jr., back in 2014. Since leaving daytime, the actor has starred in the sci-fi action movie Occupation and its sequel, Occupation: Rainfall as well as other film and television projects.

Please join us in wishing them all the best for a lifetime of happiness together. Can’t wait to see the wedding pictures!
