Celebrate GUIDING LIGHT’s 87th Anniversary With Liz Keifer

Join one of GUIDING LIGHT’s stars to help celebrate the beloved soap opera’s 87th anniversary when Liz Keifer joins host Alan Locher in The Locher Room for a special live chat on Thursday, Jan. 25, at 3 p.m. ET!

Keifer was a fan of GL long before she joined the cast in 1992 to take over the role of Blake Thorpe Marler which she played for 17 years right up through the soap’s final episode in 2009. Before being broadcast on CBS television starting on June 30, 1952, GL debuted as a radio serial on January 25, 1937.

Before joining the cast of GL, Keifer appeared on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, DAYS OF OUR LIVES, and GENERAL HOSPITAL as well as primetime series like HAPPY DAYS, CHEERS, THE FACTS OF LIFE, FULL HOUSE, and MARRIED WITH CHILDREN. She continues to act but now spends most of her time as a relationship and self-belief coach.
