The Locher Room is inviting you to the writers’ room! Daytime Emmy Award-winning soap scribes Jim Brown, Dave Kreizman, Jill Lorie Hurst, Courtney Simon, and Millee Taggart will come together for a virtual reunion and live chat with fans on Wednesday, July 1, at 3 p.m. ET at this YouTube link.

While all of the writers worked for GUIDING LIGHT at one point, their careers spanned many other soaps. Brown wrote for DYNASTY back in the ’80s, and was co-headwriter of ALL MY CHILDREN, LOVING, and THE CITY. Kreizman was co-headwriter of AS THE WORLD TURNS and AMC and also wrote for GENERAL HOSPITAL and DAYS OF OUR LIVES. Simon also acted in soaps as well as writing for SEARCH FOR TOMORROW, SANTA BARBARA, LOVING, GH, ATWT, ANOTHER WORLD, and AMC. Taggart also appeared as an actress while also writing for soaps like SEARCH FOR TOMORROW, SANTA BARBARA, RYAN’S HOPE, LOVING, THE CITY, ATWT, and AMC.
