Linsey Godfrey Fires Back at “Fans” Criticizing Her Hairstyle

Actress Linsey Godfrey (Sarah, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; ex-Caroline, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL) has been rocking a stylish short, curly, chocolate brown hairstyle for a while, but in late November 2020, she went even shorter! Now that her newest ‘do is showing up in episodes of DAYS, she’s been getting some reactions from viewers, including some “fans” who — because of the relative anonymity of the internet — seem to think it’s okay to bash someone’s appearance online!

“Ah yes,” Godfrey tweeted. “I’ve forgotten all about the brave internet people with mall bangs, fried-out hair and eyeliner from ’86 offering unsolicited opinions about my appearance. Calm down, Sheila, this haircut is fly! Yes, I look like a pixie and Peter Pan had a baby. That’s what I was going for!”

Fans were quick to jump in and defend the daytime star and some of her fellow DAYS actresses joined the chorus. “I [effing] love it, so…” declared Molly Burnett (ex-Melanie). And Martha Madison (Belle) complained: “Ugh! People are so boring!”
