Please join us in wishing Everleigh Brooks a very happy birthday! The daughter of Darin Brooks (Wyatt, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL) and Kelly Kruger (Mac, THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS) turned one on Sept. 22 and the proud parents presented their little girl with a beautiful fruit-topped birthday cake! “This is one!” Kruger enthused .”Happy first birthday to my entire heart! Words cannot describe how much we love you and how much you bring to our lives every single day. You are the best thing to ever happen to us! My little Moana princess.

“This past year I’ve learned more about myself than ever before,” she continued. “Being a mother is the greatest gift and by far the best role I’ve ever had. Oh, and I made this cake. Not the prettiest, but she’ll get her Moana cake this weekend!”

Brooks shared the same happy birthday moment on his own Instagram and declared: “Happy first birthday, babygirl! Next year you’ll understand more about cake! Love you to the moon and back, kiddo!”

    "Being a mother has changed me in ways I never could’ve imagined. I can’t believe it’s been a month already!! This is truly the greatest gift. My goal is to soak up every second because I see how quickly it goes by. This has been the biggest life change obviously and you don’t have much time for yourself anymore but it really makes you spend your time and energy wisely. The things that seemed like a big deal before become so small. What an incredible journey. 💕"
