Peacock Goes on Sale as DAYS OF OUR LIVES Moves From NBC
We’ve got some good news for DAYS OF OUR LIVES fans who are concerned about the soap ending its run on NBC after 57 years to now stream exclusively on Peacock — the streaming service is going to be going on sale! DAYS will begin streaming only on Peacock starting on Monday, Sept. 12, but fans who still need to sign up for the service will be getting a special deal!
Peacock currently has three tiers: a free plan that will not allow you to stream episodes the next day, a premium plan that costs $4.99 a month and includes approximately five minutes of commercials per hour, and the ad-free Peacock Premium Plus, which goes for $9.99 a month.
However, our friends at TV Line are reporting that during the month of September, the price of that monthly premium plan will drop from $4.99 to just $1.99 a month for new subscribers! And as part of this special “fall celebratory offer,” viewers can even lock in that price for an entire year for just $19.99.
Unfortunately, DAYS will not be available to watch on the free plan, so hopefully, this takes some of the sting out of the move from NBC for fans who don’t already have Peacock. You can get an entire year of drama in Salem for just $20… and a whole bunch of other television shows and movies, too!
