GENERAL HOSPITAL Is Back Today With New Episodes!

Get ready, because GENERAL HOSPITAL is back with a full week of all-new episodes! Many fans were disappointed when ABC preempted the soap three out of the five days last week for broadcasts of Major League Baseball games, so the network released a couple of promos to make sure everyone knew to tune in Monday, Oct. 5 for the big return!

First was one featuring Josh Swickard (Chase) and Sofia Mattsson (Sasha) on the gym set. “Hey, GH fans, we know you’ve missed us,” Mattsson started. Swickard stepped in to continue, “but we have some exciting news!” Then it swaps back to her as she adds, “All-new episodes of GENERAL HOSPITAL return on Monday!” Swickard then points his finger into the camera and urges, “We’ll see you then!”

On Sunday, Cynthia Watros (Nina) and Ingo Rademacher (Jax) shot their own promo on the set of the police station. “Hey, GH fans,” she waved, “We know you’ve missed us. But we have exciting news!” She looks at her co-star who smiles back and then turns to the camera to announce: “Yes! All-new episodes of GENERAL HOSPITAL return tomorrow. We’ll see you then.”

GH also released a short clip from Monday’s brand-new episode featuring Portia trying to help Trina get through homecoming even as Dev makes a heartbreaking discovery at the dance.
