Meet Tyler Christopher’s Adorable New Puppy!

Get ready to let out the biggest “Aww” ever! Tyler Christopher (ex-Nikolas, GENERAL HOSPITAL; ex-Stefan, DAYS OF OUR LIVES) has a furry little family member and she’s just the cutest little thing! “Meet Tanka,” the actor shared on Instagram with a screenshot of his new puppy. “She is my newly-adopted five-month-old Goldendoodle.”

Christopher explained that the name Tanka is Lakota for wolf, but she looks the exact opposite of a wolf! “This girl has stolen my heart with her sweet disposition and endless cuddles,” he declared. “No dog can ever replace my Mastiff, Brando, but this girl turned my apartment into a home the minute she bounced in the door.”

Christopher — who earned legions of fans playing Nikolas Cassadine on GH and added to that number when he joined DAYS to play Stefan DiMera — has been keeping quite busy in recent months. He’s explored his new city, started work on one mystery film, and wrapped work on another. And now he’s got an adorable new dog in his life!

The actor also gave his fans a bit of a warning when it comes to his social media accounts. “Expect an obnoxious amount of puppy content,” he teased. “Just sayin’.”
