OLTL’s Kelley Missal Joins the Cast of FBI: INTERNATIONAL
Fans of ONE LIFE TO LIVE might recognize a familiar face when a new agent joins an investigation on FBI: INTERNATIONAL! Kelley Missal (Danielle) will be appearing as Zoey McKenna in the CBS series, starting with the episode airing on Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 9:00 p.m. ET. “I had the best time running around with this seriously fun and hardworking cast and crew,” the actress enthused on Instagram.
The episode, titled “BHITW,” centers around the Fly Team investigating when an American basketball player for a Lithuanian team dies under suspicious circumstances. Missal’s character is a new agent appointed by Dandridge who joins the team as they try to uncover the truth.
Missal will also be appearing in the following episode, “Someone She Knew,” scheduled to air on Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 9:00 p.m. ET. This time, Zoey joins the Fly Team as they race to find a kidnapped American teenager in Austria.
OLTL fans will remember Missal for playing the role of Daniel Manning, the daughter of Téa Delgado and Todd Manning. She joined the cast in 2009 and played the role until the end of the soap’s run on ABC in 2012. She was also one of the cast members who returned to reprise their role on the sadly short-lived online revival in 2013.
After getting her big break on OLTL, Missal has gone on to appear in primetime series like LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT, SLEEPY HOLLOW, THE CROSSING, and MINX as well as in films like Contest, Frat Star, and V/H/S 99.
At this time, CBS has only announced Zoey’s appearance in these two episodes, and Missal is listed as a guest star in both, so there’s no news yet on whether this could become a recurring role or even a series regular.
