B&B’s Annika Noelle Ends Engagement
In a heartbreaking post shared on Father’s Day titled “New Beginnings,” THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL star Annika Noelle (Hope) revealed that she and her fiancé had parted ways.
Noelle, who is extremely private about her off-camera life, had never named her fiancé, but had written an essay for Glamour magazine back in October 2021 during National Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month sharing that the couple suffered a pair of miscarriages within a matter of months. Now, it seems as if the distress and grief of those losses led to the end of their relationship.
“Happy Father’s Day,” Noelle wrote to her former fiancé and the father of her two angel babies. “While we never got our chance to hold our rainbow, for a brief moment in time, we held each other. And even though we could no longer bear the weight of the losses, you have left a lasting impression on my heart. Thank you.”
In the baby loss community, a “rainbow baby” is the term for a healthy child born after a miscarriage, stillbirth, or death of a fetus or infant, signifying the hope and joy of parenthood after a period of grief and sadness. Based on Noelle’s moving post, she and her partner supported one another through those dark times, but their paths ultimately diverged.
Noelle’s Instagram post was flooded with notes of support and encouragement from her followers who wished her well as she courageously moved on with her future while treasuring the memories of her past. Former B&B co-star Courtney Hope (now THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS’ Sally) sent Noelle “so much love” while TV aunt Jennifer Garies (Donna) wrote, “You will get your rainbow one day! ❤️❤️❤️”
