B&B’s Jacqueline MacInnes Wood Welcomes a Baby Boy!
Please join us in congratulating Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy, THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL) on the birth of her third child with husband Elan Ruspoli. “And then there were three,” she posted on Instagram on May 24. “Meet Brando Elion Ruspoli!”
The actress shared a lovely selfie she took laying in bed with baby Brando breastfeeding while three-year-old Rise and one-year-old Lenix nap peacefully on her other side. Wood announced her third pregnancy back in November 2021 and it was only a week before Brando’s birth that she shared a video of the gender reveal that showed she was going to have another boy.
Naturally, the comments to her Instagram birth announcement immediately filled with love and congratulations from friends and fans alike. “Wow, congrats!” exclaimed B&B castmate Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke). “You look so relaxed and beautiful!” Lawrence Saint-Victor (Carter) and Katrina Bowden (Flo) offered congrats, and John McCook (Eric) declared: “Wonderful! Brando’s here! What a lucky boy!”
B&B wrote in Wood’s second pregnancy as Steffy worried that the baby she was carrying might be Liam’s instead of Finn’s, but for her third baby, the soap simply covered her in baggy clothes and had her stand behind furniture like the first go-round. Currently, Steffy is mourning the death of her husband while not realizing that Finn is really alive and being kept hidden by his mother!
There has been no official word as to when Wood’s maternity leave will begin so keep watching B&B to see what new twist to Steffy’s storyline takes her off the canvas for a little bit!
