Don Diamont is Going to Be a Grandfather!
The Diamont dynasty will soon be getting a new member: THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL star Don Diamont (Bill) announced that he and his wife, Cindy Ambuehl, are going to be grandparents!
The happy news came via a birthday message that the actor sent to his son Alexander’s wife, Audrey, on Instagram. “Happy Birthday to my pregnant daughter-in-law!” Diamont exclaimed. “She’s the creature in the picture blocking her father-in-law.”
A trio of photos accompanied Diamont’s post: The first was the B&B fan fave and Audrey hugging; the second was of Zander with his arm around his wife’s back, her bare baby bump on full display; and the third was a gender-reveal cake, beautifully decorated in white frosting with “Baby Diamont” written on the top. A slice of the cake was missing, showing off a thick layer of blue frosting inside, indicating that Zander and Audrey are contributing to the dominant male bloodline of the Diamont family!
“It’s a boy!” cheered the proud grandpa-to-be, who chronicled his life as a dad of seven boys in his 2018 memoir, My Seven Sons and How We Raised Each Other. “Cindy and my first grandchild! So excited! So happy for Alexander and Audrey.”
Zander, who owns a company that builds mini standalone homes, and his wife, a model and digital creator, recently celebrated their first anniversary, having tied the knot on July 23, 2022, in a lavish ceremony. In a birthday post of her own, Audrey showed off her baby bump and the yummy-looking cake, writing, “Couldn’t dream of a better birthday. Baby boy coming February.”
Ambuehl — a successful Los Angeles real estate agent who appeared on B&B as a realtor named Kim — also shared her excitement about the baby on the way. Reposting Audrey’s announcement in an Instagram Story, Ambuehl wrote “Call me grandma” on her story, punctuating the sentiment with a blue heart emoji. Ambuehl also shared Zander’s post, in which he joked that he and his wife were taking baby name suggestions.
