Please join us in sending best wishes to THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL star Jennifer Gareis (Donna) and her entire family as they pack up and move to their new house. “Earlier this week we had to say goodbye to this home,” the actress revealed on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself sitting with her arms around 9-year-old daughter, Sofia in their living room. “We had a lot of tears, not only because of all the memories, but because we built this home from the ground up.
“It was always the intention to sell at some point,” she added, “but somehow I never thought the day would come.”
The B&B actress included the hashtags “#sayinggoodbye” and “#newbeginnings” as well as “#memories.” The tag “#midcenturymodern” celebrates the style of the home and “#raykappehouse” reveals the home as the work of influential California architect Ray Kappe.
Gareis, husband Bobby Ghassemieh, son Gavin, and daughter Sophia, moved into their home back in November 2016, nearly five full years ago. “After years of waiting, we are finally in our new home,” she posted to Instagram to commemorate the moment, sharing a pic of the family standing outside on the steps.
Moving can be a difficult experience, and not just because of all the work involved in packing and unpacking. Saying goodbye to a home you’ve called your own for almost five years can be heartbreaking. But we’re sure Gareis and family will settle nicely into their new home and we can’t wait for her to share some photos showing off how they’ve decorated their new abode!
