Summer saw the Forresters enjoying success in Rome but this fall on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, the soap’s core family could be torn apart from the inside! And that’s not all that’s coming!
Feeling like he’s being pushed aside, Eric is determined to make one final couture line despite Ridge’s protests. Enlisting R.J.’s help to create the designs makes things easier for the aging artist, but Eric’s new partnership could wind up causing some big trouble! “As more people learn of their alliance, the more complicated the situation becomes with R.J. in the middle,” B&B co-headwriter Michael Minnis previewed to Soap Opera Digest. “This will be a profoundly emotional story of family, generation versus generation, and long-standing relationships will change dramatically as everyone chooses a side.”
With Liam unable to forgive her kiss with Thomas, Hope decides to give up on her failed marriage and pursue a relationship with the designer. “Thomas is in love,” the scribe noted, “and while Hope makes it clear that she is not, we wonder if Hope’s feelings will grow and a true bond is made between her and Thomas.” And how will Douglas impact his parents’ relationship?
As Deacon worries about his romance with Sheila being a dead end, she’s more concerned with spending time with her son, who is now vulnerable after Steffy took the kids and fled to Europe. “Finn throws himself into his work and attempts to reconcile his conflicted feelings about his birth mother, Sheila,” Minnis explained. “The mother who raised him, Li, quickly gets involved. She lets Finn know he has to go to Europe and get his wife and family back… but not before eliminating the threat of Sheila Carter.”
But even if Finn is able to get Sheila out of their lives for good (unlikely!), he’ll still have to contend with Liam, who has made his feelings for Steffy crystal clear. “These two men both love the same woman,” he noted. “What will Steffy do when she returns?”
