Winsor Harmon and Jack Wagner Return to The Bold and The Beautiful!

Some familiar faces are headed back to THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL! As the soap prepares to celebrate its 35th anniversary on Wednesday, March 23, it will be airing a special episode on Thursday, March 24, which will bring Jack Wagner back as Nick and Winsor Harmon back as Thorne!

With Brooke’s marriage to Ridge in shambles, this special standalone episode of B&B will center around Brooke Logan and her romantic history with five of her “true loves.” This includes John McCook’s Eric, Don Diamont’s Bill, and Thorsten Kaye’s Ridge, but will also bring Nick and Thorne into the picture as those two men were also part of Brooke’s complicated romantic history.

Wagner — who was then best known as GENERAL HOSPITAL’s Frisco — joined the cast of B&B in March 2003 and played Nick Marone for nearly a decade before his exit in February 2012. During those years, he found out Massimo Marone was his father (making him Ridge’s brother), romanced Brooke, Bridget, and Taylor, among other women before leaving town after he was caught stealing Forrrester designs.

Thorne Forrester was originally played by Clayton Norcross when the soap first premiered back in 1987, and in 1989, Jeff Trachta took over the role. But most fans identify Thorne as played by Winsor Harmon who brought the character to life from 1996 until 2016. In 2017 the role was recast again with Ingo Rademacher, but he left after just over a year. As Ridge’s younger brother, Thorne was always made to feel second-best, and while he fell in love with Macy, he did have a scandalous affair with Brooke that was exposed at Macy’s funeral! The last viewers saw of Thorne, he went back to Europe to get his head together after his failed marriage to Katie.

Of course, it’s much more likely that this is a fantasy episode where Brooke imagines her exes and hashes out her feelings for them all, but it’ll still be fun to see Nick and Thorne again even under these circumstances. So make sure your DVRs are set for this very special episode of B&B!
