Yesterday’s THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL Episode Will Air Today

With everything going on in America yesterday, it was only natural that breaking news coverage would interrupt regular television broadcasts, including the daytime soaps. And thankfully, for fans of THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, CBS has announced that the Jan. 6 episode will air instead on Thursday, Jan. 7 at its regularly scheduled time. So they don’t have to worry about missing a single episode!

Sometimes breaking news only interrupts soaps in certain markets so some fans are able to watch and those who live in the affected areas are forced to seek the episode out online or on demand. But in this case, B&B was preempted nationally, so Wednesday’s episode will simply air on Thursday and fans won’t miss any of the drama.

THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS was not preempted, however, so they’ll be a day ahead when the Y&R/B&B crossover kicks off next week. Hopefully, it won’t be too disorienting for viewers watching both soaps. Stay tuned to see how it all plays out!
