The battles are heating up in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers, but one may finally be coming to an end. Adam seems to have the upper hand on Victor, threatening Newman Enterprises, but Jack is stepping in to make sure that the Abbott family isn’t torn apart from the inside!
Now that Adam has proof of Victor’s involvement in AJ Montalvo’s death, he’s using it as leverage to force his father to appoint him CEO of Newman Enterprises. “I own the story,” he informs Victoria in her office, “and I can bury the story. As long as I get what I want. And what I want is this. All of this.” Victoria has fought hard to become CEO herself, so she’s not likely to give up without a fight. Unfortunately, Victor is the one with the final say, and he appears to be giving in. “Dad saw he didn’t have a hand to play,” Adam informs Chelsea. “So he folded.” After Victoria fills Nikki in on Adam’s plan, she tries to get Victor to open up. “Why are you caving in to his demands?” she asks her husband. “What aren’t you telling me?”
Nate is impressed when Amanda arrives for their date wearing a stunning pale blue dress. “Damn,” he smiles. Taking in Nate’s tailored suit, the attorney responds, “Back at ya.” Might these two find a real connection that could lead to romance?
Kyle and Theo’s animosity has been causing trouble at Jabot, but when they bring their fight home, Jack is forced to step in. “You don’t even know Dina,” Kyle insists to Theo as Lola looks on. But Theo has been good with Dina and knows it. “I belong here every bit as much as you do,” he argues. Sitting on the couch nearby, Dina becomes agitated as she witnesses the argument. “John! Stuart!” she calls out. “No!” At his mother’s cries, Jack races into the room to put a stop to it. After making sure Dina is okay, Jack gives the men a piece of his mind. “You fight in the office,” he yells. “You fight in public. Enough!” And at Jabot, he informs Theo and Kyle things are going to change. “Actions have consequences,” he warns. “Get ready to face yours.” What does he have planned for them?
