Get ready for some fun flashbacks in this THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS preview! Allie is eager to learn about her new family, and Traci and Ashley decide to fill her in!

Sitting together at Society, Traci informs Allie why she and Ashley invited her there. “We decided you needed a little time to find out about our lives,” she explains. “If you’re curious.” Allie’s face lights up immediately. “Oh, I am,” she enthuses.

After some flashback clips of Traci’s romance and wedding to Brad, her with Danny, John complimenting Ashley, and finally the siblings embracing, Traci declares, “We are sisters and friends forever.” Ashley smiles in agreement. “That’s right,” she says.

Longtime fans will not want to miss this very special hour of Y&R that celebrates the 40th anniversary of both Beth Maitland (Traci) and Eileen Davidson (Ashley)’s first appearances on the soap. (They already threw a fabulous party for them on the set!) Originally scheduled to air on June 16, the episode is now slated to air on Friday, June 17… barring any more unforeseen preemptions!
