THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Preview: Nikki Battles the Bottle!

Difficult decisions are being made this week on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS! Jill has a surprising proposition for Billy, Cole and Victoria struggle with what to believe, and Nikki once again fights to regain her sobriety… but it’s going to be a tough battle!

With Mamie’s determination to make Chancellor-Winters a family-run business, Jill has been shoring up the ranks to ensure that her own family is well represented. Having already offered Chance a job at the company, she now turns to Billy. “Would you be willing to step away from Jabot and come work with me at Chancellor-Winters?” she asks. Given Billy’s feelings about how Jack has welcomed Kyle back into Jabot, he might very well accept!

Back in Genoa City, the Newmans continue to reel from their ordeal at Jordan’s hands… particularly the revelation that Claire is really Eve, the daughter Cole and Victoria thought they lost years ago! “I don’t believe that this was a con on Claire’s part,” Cole tells Victoria and Victor. “She’s convinced we’re her parents.” But Victoria finds the whole thing incredibly hard to believe. “It’s just… it’s not possible,” she muses. “Is it?”

Nikki is having the hardest time recovering from the ordeal given the fact that Jordan and Claire had her hooked up to an IV that flooded her system with vodka. Her years of sobriety over, the alcoholic struggles to resist temptation. But as Nikki pours a glass of vodka and holds it up to her lips, will she take a drink?
