THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Preview: Lily Blasts Heather!
Conflicts explode this week on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS! Lily continues to struggle in the aftermath of Daniel and Heather’s affair, Nate comes to Audra’s rescue when Tucker steps out of line, and Diane and Kyle clash!
At Crimson Lights, Heather wants an update from Lily, but she’s still reeling from discovering she stole Daniel away from her while she was away. “You made your choice,” Lily angrily declares, “and I will make mine.” Frowning, Heather says: “I assume that means you’re going to fire me.” Annoyed, Lily sarcastically fires back: “I don’t know, Heather. I haven’t decided yet.” She then quickly gets up from the table and rushes through the coffee shop headed for the door, but that’s when Daniel enters and she stops short at the sight of him. Will Lily have some choice words for Daniel as well?
Crimson Lights is also the scene of an argument between Tucker and Audra. When she tries to walk away, he reaches out to grab her arm and she yanks herself out of his grasp. “Just don’t touch me!” she shouts at him. Just then, Nate appears to back her up. “You heard the lady,” he warns Tucker, staring him down. Can Nate defuse the situation or will he just make things worse?
Kyle may have suggested that Jack make his mother co-CEO of Jabot, but he’s been jealous of her position ever since Jack appointed her to it. And it looks like Diane has to remind her son about his current place in the family business. “You seem to forget that I’m your superior,” she declares. “You’re supposed to report to me, not the other way around.” A tight smile on his face, Kyle responds: “Well, forgive me if I overstepped.” As he storms off, Diane fumes. Is there anything that can be done to repair this relationship?
