THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Spoilers: Is Ashland Dead?
A shocking act of violence has serious repercussions in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers! Chance gets a call, Summer is suspicious of Phyllis, and when Ashland gets physical with Victoria, Nick steps in to rescue her and things take a deadly turn!
Sharon is working behind the counter at Crimson Lights when Chance gets a phone call. “An accident?” he asks the person on the other end of the line. “Is anybody hurt?” Sharon turns around as he says that, curious.
Phyllis may have turned down working with Summer at Marchetti back when it was based in Italy, but now that the company will be running out of Genoa City, she expresses her interest again. Of course, Summer has a pretty good idea of what her mother is really up to! “How much of this sudden interest in Marchetti has to do with the fact that Kyle just hired Diane?” she asks. Can Phyllis convince her that’s not the reason?
As Ashland grows more intense, a frightened Victoria tries to keep her cool and insists that she needs to answer the ringing telephone. “It’s my security detail,” she claims. “They check in with me every 15 minutes and if I don’t answer it, they’re gonna be here in a hurry.” Unbothered, Ashland steps toward her. “Well then,” he declares, his eyes flashing with anger. “We’re gonna have to make this quick.”
Pushed to the edge, Ashland is ready to go sailing over it, but he seems determined to take Victoria with him! “There’s only one way for this to end!” he shouts, advancing on her menacingly. Victoria cries back: “No one could ever love you!” Furious, Ashland grabs Victoria’s arms and demands: “Don’t say that!” Victoria wrestles out of his grasp and pushes him away. Thankfully, Nick arrives and is horrified to learn that Ashland got physical with Victoria. “You put your hands on her?!” he shouts, grabbing Ashland and punching him across the face. The guy goes crashing into the fireplace and his head hits the edge with a dull thud. “Ashland!” Nick yells as Victoria sees the blood and mutters, “Oh my God…”
