THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Spoilers: Jack Dumps Phyllis!

There’s good news and bad news in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers… and some news that could go either way! First, Mariah and Tessa return from their honeymoon, then Victoria drops a bombshell on Ashland that could change everything, and finally, Jack puts Phyllis in her place!

“Oh my gosh!” Sharon exclaims as she sees Mariah and Tessa walk into Crimson Lights. “Welcome home! Look at you two! You’re glowing!” After a warm embrace, Tessa smiles and declares: “Honeymoons do that!” But how long can the newlyweds keep this mood going before real life sets back in?

Victoria has also recently returned to Genoa City, but her spa trip to Switzerland seems to have clarified her feelings. Sitting with Ashland, she stuns him by announcing: “I want to start over. Away from this place. Away from all of the people. And I don’t want to just imagine it this time. I actually want to do it.” Ashland sits up in his chair and leans forward, unsure whether or not to believe what he’s hearing. “You really mean that?” he asks, cautiously optimistic. 

Phyllis and Jack had originally kept their relationship in the Friend Zone, but when she heated things up, he went along with it and the pair rekindled their passion. However, once Jack found out that Phyllis was only staking her claim for Diane’s benefit, he cooled things off immediately. And now he informs her that it’s over. “You’re done?” Phyllis asks, confused. “After… what, after all of this? This is the end?” Jack flatly informs her that she’s heard him correctly. “Yes,” he declares. “This is the end. Goodbye.”
