Having rented out Society for a private party to pay tribute to the late Dina Mergeron, Jack addresses the rest of the Abbott family. “Maybe we’ve been too solemn,” he announces as jazzy music plays over the speakers. “Maybe it’s time to liven things up!” Jack and Ashley start to dance and smile but Kyle looks irritated as Theo pipe up from behind the bar: “Yeah! Let’s give this grande dame the party she deserves!” But can Kyle and Theo bury the hatchet long enough to celebrate their grandmother?
Summer is confused when a young redheaded woman strides confidently into the boardroom at Jabot where she’s trying to work. “And you are…?” she asks. The newcomer smiles back and announces herself. “Sally,” she declares. “Sally Spectra.” Can she leave her tortured past behind for a fresh start in Genoa City?
“What are you doing?” Adam asks when he finds Chelsea poking around on his laptop. She looks up from the screen suddenly, realizing she’s been caught, but her expression instantly changes to one of intense concern. “Please tell me this isn’t what it looks like,” she begs. What has Adam been up to, and is there anything Chelsea — or anyone else — can do to stop him?
