THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Spoilers: The End of Nick and Phyllis?
The wedding is over, but in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers, the honeymoon might be over before it’s even begun! Billy and Lily have to decide if they’re going to destroy Ashland’s life, Victoria demands to know what Victor did, Sally makes her feelings crystal clear, Lauren wants answers, and Phyllis shares her concerns with Nick about the future of their relationship!
Lily and Billy have the evidence of Ashland’s misdeeds, and if they don’t publish it, the proof will be released to other outlets who will. “Either way, the world is about to learn all about Ashland’s crimes,” Billy whispers. But Lily is more concerned about the effect this will have on Locke’s new bride. “And what about Victoria?” she asks. Unfortunately, she didn’t whisper, and from behind, Jack asks: “What about Victoria?” Oops!
As the reception continues, Victoria learns that Gaines was there to sabotage the wedding by revealing Ashland’s secrets publicly, and also that he’s no longer a threat. Or is he? “That man,” she says to Victor, “he was hell-bent on getting revenge on my husband, so I need to know exactly how he was handled. And if he’ll need to be handled again.”
Inside, Adam congratulates Sally on successfully getting Victoria to wear her design for her wedding dress and the creation’s positive reception. “Maybe people are warming up to your charms,” he smiles. But Sally has other things on her mind right now! “The only person that I am interested in winning over right now… is you.” As she looks into his eyes, the pair move in closer for a kiss… and this time it’s not just in Sally’s imagination!
Back in Genoa City, Kevin and Chloe sit down for drinks with Lauren and Michael, and it seems the news of Victoria’s wedding dress has reached the States. “I knew this was going to come up sooner or later,” Chloe admits nervously, “I was just hoping for later.” Having designed Victoria’s wedding gown, Lauren is naturally upset to see the bride in someone else’s creation. “You owe me an explanation,” she informs Chloe. “And now.”
Laying in bed in Italy, Phyllis continues to stress about her relationship with Nick. “I don’t know, I can’t put my finger on it,” she admits to him. “It’s just sort of… added tension… between us. It’s gonna go forward and it’s gonna work out or everything is… gonna fall apart.” Is Phyllis seeing trouble where there is none or is this pair in danger of splitting up again?
