Watch Y&R Alum Donny Boaz on FBI: MOST WANTED!
From the Genoa City Police Department to the FBI’s most wanted list! THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS alum Donny Boaz (ex-Chance) will be one of the guest stars in the episode of FBI: MOST WANTED airing Tuesday, April 18 at 10 p.m. on CBS.
In a cheerful post on Instagram, Boaz shared several photos from his time on the set of the police procedural and explained that this primetime gig was a very special one for him. “Hello, everyone!” the former Y&R star began. “Do me a favor. Set your DVRs and/or tune in to FBI: MOST WANTED this coming Tuesday. I have yet to see this episode, but I have to say, I’m very excited for this one to come out, for many reasons.”
In the episode titled “Rangeland,” after two agents from the Bureau of Land Management go missing while executing a land seizure warrant in Wyoming., the Fugitive Task Force heads west to track them down in an unwelcoming county. That’s where Boaz’s character comes in, since the actor shared several photos where he is dressed in costume as a rancher, wearing a cowboy hat, suede jacket, and a bolo necktie. “It’s my first time to play the heavy on a TV show,” Boaz wrote, referring to the term given to the antagonist or villain of a storyline.
Boaz added that he “worked with some amazing talent on the show,” including Dylan McDermott (who stars as Supervisory Special Agent Remy Scott) and Joshua Mikel, who played his character’s brother, Will.
The job also reunited Boaz with a co-star from a previous project. “I got to work with my brother from SIX, Edwin Hodge,” he shared, referring to the History Channel series from 2017 where the actors played Navy SEALS. On FBI: MOST WANTED, Hodge stars as Special Agent Ray Cannon.
“Let me know what y’all think,” Boaz closed out his post, signing off with several hashtags, including one declaring “I love my job.”
Check out this sneak peek from tonight’s episode of FBI: MOST WANTED where Agents Scott and Gibson are talking with a law enforcement officer about rogue rancher Cole Dewey, presumably Boaz’s character! And if you miss it on Tuesday night, the show will be streaming beginning the following day on Paramount+ to watch at your convenience!
