Wedding for Y&R’s Sally and Adam? — Mark Grossman Speaks Out!

Adam and Sally have been through a great many ups and downs on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS but even when she was with his brother, Nick, many fans were still rooting for the couple to get back together. And Mark Grossman (Adam) puts that down to how well he and co-star Courtney Hope (Sally) work together on screen.

“I just think [Courtney and I] hit it off with a lot of chemistry,” the actor told Soap Opera Digest. “We just seem to work well together. It’s hard to articulate, but it’s just like an energy thing. And I think when you work with somebody and you’re both on the same page and you really are listening to each other and you’re really responding [and] you have a good storyline, it just kind of comes through on screen.

“Courtney is wonderful,” Grossman added. “She shows up 110 percent every day and she just makes my job a lot easier. And it just seems like we’ve really got something special there that a lot of fans really like. I was walking my dog and some lady stopped me and she was like, “I just love you and Sally!’”

The Y&R star is looking forward to what’s next for the couple, hoping that they can finally enjoy some happiness together after all the trauma both characters have endured. But could there be wedding bells in Adam and Sally’s future?

“Yeah, I think I’d like that,” Grossman declared. “It would be fun to do that whole thing and everything that goes along with that — you know, the proposal and then have a wedding. It would be really nice. So yeah, I’m curious to see if they’re going to go that route. That would be a lot of fun.”
