Y&R’s Susan Walters Shows Off Her Beautiful New Granddaughter
Please join us in congratulating THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Susan Walters (Diane) on the newest addition to her family! Her daughter, Grace, and her husband, Jack Albanese, welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Nora in early August, and she’s just the most precious thing!
“Who is the luckiest grandma-to-be in the world?” Walters declared on Instagram sharing a photo from the baby shower back at the end of July. “That would be me! I’m forever grateful to be surrounded by friends that are family to celebrate the soon-to-be arriving Baby Girl Albanese.”
And once little Nora was home, Walters shared a pair of photos of herself and husband Linden Ashby (who Y&R fans will remember as Cameron Kirsten on the soap) holding their granddaughter. For her own pic, the actress captioned it simply: “Nora and Grandma” with a heart emoji. And for the one she took of her hubby with Nora, she wrote: “My heart is full.” And of course, another heart emoji!
Naturally, the comments on both Instagram posts filled up with congratulations and well-wishes from fans, family, and friends, including some of Walters’ Y&R co-stars. “Beautiful,” declared Michelle Stafford (Phyllis). Melissa Ordway (Abby) and Christian LeBlanc (Michael) commented with strings of heart emojis. And Tracey E. Bregman (Lauren) cheered: “Yay! Sending love all around!”
Nora is absolutely gorgeous, and we look forward to more beautiful baby pics as Grandma and Grandpa spoil their granddaughter rotten!
